Hot stamping
Design objective
Hot stamping is used when necessary to obtain a shiny effect, particularly gold or silver, to give the product its luxurious feel.
Hot stamping can be applied in any “decoratable area” and makes it possible to produce very delicate patterns on raw or lacquered components.
Production method
Unitary or semi-automatic, PRAD's hot stamping machines can adjust to any type of product.
The technique consists in transferring the different layers of a film specially designed for this application through heat and pressure.
The diversity of the existing films found in our suppliers' catalogues provides access to a very wide range of creative possibilities.
Production runs
PRAD's hot stamping equipment was designed to handle any production runs, small or large, from 500 to 2,000,000 units.
Item sizes
From 100 or 200 ml sales models to homothetic samples or drawn glass samples, hot stamping is suitable for all the models of a line of products.
