Workplace equality between women and men

With a strong will to combat all kind of discrimination, PRAD strives to be exemplary and promotes equality between women and men. For this reason, in 2020 and 2021, the company has achieved 100/100 on the gender equality index by the Ministry of Labour. In 2022 “the performance score 100/100 is not calculable”, but PRAD continues to obtain “the highest possible score”.
