PRAD® is a participant of the UN Global Compact
Since 2020, PRAD® has been committed to the UN Global Compact corporate responsibility initiative and its principles in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption.
A department has been set up and strictly monitors compliance with the CSR policy as defined by management and the environmental authorities and standards. PRAD® is rated GOLD by ECOVADIS and positions the decoration specialist amongst the world’s top 3 % businesses assessed in more than 160 countries.
The environment requires our full attention and its protection an important part of our financial investment. We strive to act as if our factory were not in place, by being extremely virtuous regarding our ecosystem (in particular the control of emissions and waste management), as well as energy consumption.
PRAD: its CSR drive
PRAD formulated its CSR Policy in which the company commits itself publicly to respecting the principles of the UN Global Compact and the Human Rights. Download the presentation.
The Code of Ethics, driven by senior management and signed by all managers, encourages respect, essential value of PRAD. This charter particularly commits all employees to combatting all kind of workplace discrimination and to respecting everyone’s privacy. The Responsible Procurement Code, signed by the company’s suppliers as of 2021 and integral part of the company’s General Purchasing Conditions, expresses PRAD’s commitment towards its suppliers as well as suppliers’ commitment towards PRAD to respecting the principles of the UN Global Compact and the Sustainable Development Goals.
